Joe Harvath is a St. Louis native and the managing attorney of JMH Law Firm, where he defends people charged with felonies, misdemeanors and traffic offenses across the St. Louis area.

Joseph M. Harvath is the managing attorney of JMH Law Firm, LLC. Joe was born and raised in St. Louis. He grew up in Kirkwood and Manchester and graduated from St. Louis University High School.

Joe attended IUPUI and graduated with a dual degree in accounting and finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis. He spent nearly two years at a public accounting firm before earning his law degree at Saint Louis University School of Law.

Joe has worked in the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney and alongside a St. Louis area judge, so he knows how criminal cases are charged, negotiated and decided. He has represented clients charged with felonies, misdemeanors, municipal traffic violations and other tickets.
